Pamela Marraccini devotes her practice to assisting clients with their family law matters. She has over 20 years of experience being a forceful advocate addressing the issues surrounding her client's divorce and associated issues including, child support, spousal support, complex property division, domestic violence, premarital and post-nuptial agreements.
She has successfully helped clients navigate complex dissolution issues, including stock options, deferred compensation packages, valuations and division of business interests and high conflict custody. She also works with clients pursuing mediation and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Every client's needs are unique to their family's situation and Pamela strives to help clients find the path that is best for them and their family in the dissolution and custody process while protecting their rights.
Ms. Marraccini received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Oregon in political science with a minor in business administration. She received her Juris Doctorate from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. While in law school she interned for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Marraccini returned to the Bay Area, where she grew up, to practice law. She has practiced family law since graduating law school. For many years she also practiced in the area of complex civil litigation, representing clients in courts throughout the greater Bay Area.
Her experience allows her to assist her clients in navigating all aspects of litigation effectively, including dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and trials, in a manner which secures the best outcome for each individual client based or their particular goals.
